• If STOCK, please include the ear # at the time of order submission
• If CUSTOM, at the time of purchase, attach a photo(s) of your pet that clearly shows the shape of their ears. For best results, please provide a photo(s) that is forward facing, in good lighting and with clearly visible ears.
• Your digital proof will be sent within 24 hours to ensure the artwork is to your liking.
• Current creation time: 3-5 business days (weekends/holidays excluded)
