What is your order creation, shipping and delivery timeline?

Please allow 3-5 business days for creation + dry time. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via your e-mail with all necessary tracking information. 100% of my orders ship on time: often early, never late!

Please note that fully custom orders will fall outside of this timeline which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

Do you accept returns?

Because every item I make is custom made to order I cannot accept any returns, so sorry! If there is something incorrect about your item, please let me know and I'll do my best to find a resolution! 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please review all personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. Understandably mistakes happen and I will do my best to work with you, but I am not able to make changes once an order has been sent to production. If you have questions, feel free to email me before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged and needs to be replaced?

If an item should arrive damaged, please reach out to me and I will work through how to proceed with a replacement.

Ruh-oh, I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address!

If you accidentally put in the wrong shipping info email me ASAP! As long as the item hasn't been shipped, I still have time to change it!

My order is a gift - can pricing be hidden?

While I always include a packing slip (optional gift message can also be added!), worry not - pricing information is NEVER included!
